Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Track project progress using Jira, Microsoft Project, and other PM tools while maintaining detailed documentation
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive communication and contingency planning
- Serve as primary liaison between technical teams, clients, and executive stakeholders
- Develop project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and success metrics
- Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing project data and recommending process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination, internship, or entry-level project experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project) or willingness to learn
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client site visits
