- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
- Track project progress using JIRA and Asana tools
- Document meeting minutes and action items
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues to senior team members
- Support project closure activities including documentation and lessons learned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in project management software (JIRA, Asana, Trello)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of agile/scrum methodologies
