Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using Jira/Asana
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and document meeting minutes
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues to senior management
- Prepare status reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Support vendor coordination and procurement processes
- Implement continuous improvement for project workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional site visits)
