Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources using Jira and Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Track project KPIs and generate status reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing) to align objectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive communication
- Support budget tracking and vendor management processes
- Maintain project documentation including scope statements and change logs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- PMI CAPM or similar certification preferred (not required)
