Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines deliverables
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and project meetings with cross-functional teams
- Track project progress using Jira and Microsoft Project tools
- Document project requirements, risks, and change requests
- Coordinate resources and resolve blockers with department leads
- Generate weekly status reports for stakeholders
- Support implementation of Agile/Scrum frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
