Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather requirements for weekend operational initiatives
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Validate data integrity and perform root cause analysis for weekend operational metrics
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and test system changes during weekend sprints
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or CBA) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and requirements documentation
- Ability to thrive in autonomous weekend work environments
