Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems using SQL and BI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate system changes through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend shift exposure
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile) highly preferred
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
