Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Track project progress using Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project tools
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure alignment on project goals
- Document project requirements, meeting minutes, and status reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate project status to stakeholders through dashboards and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving aptitude
- Relevant internship or academic project experience preferred
- PMI CAPM or similar certification a plus
