Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with financial services clients
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
