Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to deliver actionable insights
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to communicate findings
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting systems
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new analytical solutions
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks and KPI tracking methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a weekend-based environment
