Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues across global systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document technical procedures and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Perform server maintenance and system upgrades during low-traffic windows
- Provide remote technical support to international offices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
