Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for weekend deployments, ensuring timely delivery of complex IT initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and client relations to align on weekend sprint goals
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with weekend-specific iteration planning and retrospectives
- Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications for weekend operations
- Drive continuous improvement processes for weekend team productivity and quality assurance
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting for weekend milestones
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift or 24/7 operational environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with weekend sprint adaptations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-departmental communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Experience managing budgets $500k+ and teams of 8+ members
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
