Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with executive leadership to align on strategic goals
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools using SQL and Power BI
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless implementation of system enhancements
- Document processes, requirements, and project deliverables using industry-standard methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate technical feasibility of solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with fintech or SaaS background
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-level experience
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects in regulated industries
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
