Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate 5-8 cross-functional teams across development, QA, and operations
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage stakeholder communications during night shift operations (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Drive risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for night shift operations
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative night-shift culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record leading remote/distributed teams during off-hours
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
- Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure projects preferred
