Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for weekend-based initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of software development and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate resources across remote and onsite teams during weekend shifts, maintaining clear communication channels
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and track KPIs using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Manage stakeholder relationships with C-suite executives and external vendors during weekend sprints
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for weekend project deployments
- Mentor junior project managers and facilitate weekend retrospectives for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in weekend shift or rotational schedules
- PMP or CSM certification required, with Prince2 or Six Sigma a plus
- Proven track record leading $1M+ technology projects in financial services or healthcare verticals
- Expertise in hybrid project management methodologies and weekend-specific resource allocation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, and weekend collaboration tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in weekend project forecasting and budget management
