Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling and workflow diagrams
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed technical specifications and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, product, and business units
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and project performance
- Conduct UAT testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or manufacturing
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML/SRS
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget
