Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for enterprise software implementations
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Lead agile sprint planning and backlog grooming ceremonies
- Present data-driven insights to C-level executives using executive dashboards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM or PSM required)
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements in JIRA
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and API integrations
