Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder analysis to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications, user stories, and system designs.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, development teams, and project management to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to optimize business operations and enhance user experience.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and business requirements documents (BRD).
- Monitor project milestones, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership regarding project status and risks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Excel Dashboards.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
