Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for weekend operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, QA) to ensure on-time delivery of milestones
- Manage project budgets, risks, and resource allocation for weekend sprint cycles
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through weekend stand-ups and weekly reviews
- Implement PMO standards and optimize weekend project workflows
- Mentor junior team members on project management best practices
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and performance dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Proven track record in managing complex IT/software development projects
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote team management across time zones
