Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain corporate servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure during night shift hours
- Respond to and resolve critical system alerts, outages, and security incidents
- Execute scheduled maintenance, updates, and backups with zero business disruption
- Document incident reports, system changes, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods and cross-functional projects
- Ensure compliance with corporate security protocols and ITIL best practices
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex technical escalations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in enterprise IT operations or infrastructure support
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent operational framework experience
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Previous night shift or 24/7 operations experience preferred
