Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for night shift teams, ensuring timely delivery of software features and infrastructure updates.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for remote and on-site night shift teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize workflow and team efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to junior project managers and team leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the IT or Software Development industry.
- Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Valid PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive actions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in cross-cultural environments.
