Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather/process requirements
- Analyze data trends using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
- Document business processes and propose improvements for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or corporate environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (process maps, requirements docs, etc.)
