Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and network systems during night shift operations
- Execute proactive system patching, security updates, and performance optimization protocols
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for critical business applications and user systems
- Document incident reports, system changes, and operational procedures with precision
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical issues during off-peak hours
- Conduct regular system health checks and preventative maintenance on critical infrastructure
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for core business applications during night shift coverage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise networking
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
- Strong documentation abilities and familiarity with ITIL methodologies
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM Monday-Friday with weekend rotation
