Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles from planning to delivery
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation using Jira and Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with milestones, budgets, and KPI tracking
- Coordinate with APAC and EMEA teams for seamless handovers and communication
- Implement continuous improvement processes for night shift workflows
- Generate executive dashboards and progress reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing complex initiatives with $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with experience across time zones
- Experience with Atlassian suite and Microsoft Project
- Ability to thrive in autonomous night shift environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
