Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and Power BI tools
- Document functional specifications and create process flow diagrams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements for ERP implementations
- Develop KPI dashboards to track project performance and ROI metrics
- Coordinate with development teams during agile sprint cycles
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization solutions
- Prepare executive summaries and present findings to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in finance or retail sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and MS Office Suite
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirement tracking
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
