Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud systems, and network operations during night shift hours
- Implement security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for global employees via ticketing systems and chat
- Document system configurations, incident reports, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on system upgrades and optimization projects
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT systems administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Excellent written communication for cross-team documentation and reporting
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and automation scripting (Python/PowerShell)
