Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements, workflows, and system specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and present findings to leadership
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards
- Support weekend sprint planning and agile ceremonies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in weekend shift (Sat-Sun 8am-4pm)
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
