Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions across departments
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Facilitate workshops to drive consensus on project deliverables and priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
