Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Document and translate complex requirements into clear specifications for development teams
- Create detailed financial models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Implement and maintain data quality controls to ensure accuracy across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Monitor KPIs and recommend process optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend or shift work flexibility
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
