Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate stakeholder communication with executive leadership and external partners
- Manage risk mitigation and change management processes
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SOC 2 standards
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management with PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Proven expertise in managing cloud migration and SaaS implementation projects
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and data visualization platforms
- Strong background in budget management with $500K+ project experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with Six Sigma Green Belt
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environments with flexible hours
