- Design and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, and use case documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and proposed technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
