Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data trends and prepare clear, actionable reports using Excel and BI tools.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the testing and validation of new software releases and internal systems.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and document standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions.
