Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and opportunities
- Design and document business processes, workflows, and data models
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Create detailed test cases and participate in UAT validation
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain product backlogs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/finance sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum preferred
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful BA deliverables
