Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to define business needs and functional specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive business process models, including flowcharts and UML diagrams.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with IT developers to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Create and present executive-level reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our BA methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or technology sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel Advanced).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
