- Generate executive dashboards and stakeholder communications
- Optimize resource allocation for 24/7 operational continuity
- Maintain ISO 9001 compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Business or equivalent experience
- 5+ years managing complex IT projects (PMP/Certified Scrum Master preferred)
- Proven night shift leadership experience in high-compliance industries
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Strong conflict resolution and remote team management skills
- Experience with cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
