Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and data models using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across finance, marketing, and engineering teams
- Create comprehensive dashboards in Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Lead UAT testing cycles and document change management protocols
- Mentor junior analysts and champion continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and JIRA
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Proven track record of driving process optimization for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
