Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for enterprise software initiatives
- Coordinate with remote teams across 3 time zones to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to drive iterative development and continuous improvement
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resources to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives during night shift hours
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including status reports, risk assessments, and post-mortems
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into actionable project plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift or remote team leadership
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven track record of delivering complex software projects
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to lead virtual teams across multiple time zones
- Experience managing budgets of $500K+ and cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex project issues proactively
