- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, and infrastructure during night shift hours
- Execute risk mitigation strategies and resolve escalated issues in real-time
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including status reports, Gantt charts, and stakeholder communications
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation with precision
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions aligned with business objectives
- Maintain JIRA/Asana dashboards and ensure compliance with PMI standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience with night shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in managing complex IT infrastructure or software development projects
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite
