Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients across North America
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, QA, operations) across 3 time zones
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint planning and retrospectives
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Generate executive dashboards and stakeholder communication reports
- Drive process improvements for our 24/7 service delivery model
- Act as escalation point for critical path issues during night shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years project management experience with PMP certification
- Proven track record in night shift or global team leadership
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project suite
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional written/verbal communication across remote teams
- Experience in financial services or SaaS industry preferred
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
