Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable data models and documentation
- Analyze operational data using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-backed recommendations
- Support agile sprints through sprint planning and backlog grooming
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS, finance, or healthcare sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel advanced functions, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML, flowcharts, and user stories
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
