Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation
- Create detailed business process models, user stories, and functional specifications
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process optimization
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
