Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of project plans: Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and timely progress.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust schedules as necessary to mitigate risks.
- Manage project documentation: Maintain accurate records of project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Conduct research and analysis: Gather market data and competitor insights to support project strategy.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients, providing regular status updates.
- Support quality assurance processes: Ensure all deliverables meet our high standards before launch.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or customer service is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
