Responsibilities
- Assist in Planning: Support the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all steps are followed correctly.
- Track Progress: Maintain project schedules and track progress against milestones using project management tools.
- Coordinate Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure everyone is aligned.
- Documentation: Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and update project documentation to keep records accurate.
- Resource Management: Help organize resources and materials needed for project delivery.
- Risk Identification: Identify potential roadblocks and risks early to help develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, internship or academic project experience is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive attitude.
