- Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and change logs.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resources and assign tasks to team members to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
