Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across 3-5 concurrent initiatives
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Document project requirements, risks, and progress in Jira/Confluence
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and design teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor budget adherence and prepare monthly status reports for stakeholders
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of project assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Jira)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agile/Scrum certification (PMP or CSM preferred but not required)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
