Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the workflow, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage communication between clients, team members, and external vendors to ensure alignment.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic understanding of project management software.
