Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of project milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status updates.
- Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to the project lead.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and meeting minutes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role (internships included).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management software (Jira, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new methodologies.
