Responsibilities
- Coordinate Project Activities: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Track Progress: Monitor project status, identify potential risks, and communicate delays to stakeholders immediately.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
- Resource Allocation: Assist in coordinating team resources and materials to ensure project efficiency.
- Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and prepare agendas for regular project team meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior Project Management experience required. We value transferable skills.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
