Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external clients.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of project data to improve future processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
