Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for corporate divisions
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Develop and implement budgeting/forecasting models for executive decision-making
- Spearhead process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Mentor finance staff and drive performance optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive finance management experience
- CPA or CMA certification required
- Expertise in corporate financial reporting and analysis
